This is how we do it:

As long as you arrange it with your clients, we can arrive at the home at a time that works for them, you don’t need to even be there. It takes an hour to shoot on average. We are extremely non-obtrusive and respectful in people’s homes.

Our equipment is top of the line. While many companies are shooting tours with their IPADS or consumer brand camcorders, we shoot with high-definition, professional grade cameras. We also use a glade-cam, which is a device that allows the camera to move through space smoothly. You will notice a difference!

In Post-production, we cut together all of the shots seamlessly, and we add pleasant music.

We add narration to the video, so that we can relay the most amount of information to the viewer as possible.

You have the choice of performing the narration, or we can do it for you ‘in-house’. You also have the choice to send us captions instead.

We put the videos onto your own youtube channel, which we can create for you. Once the video is viral, the sky is the limit.

You can embed the video onto your website, or MLS site. You can also post the video on Facebook or Twitter to greatly increase your exposure.

The turnaround time is usually no longer than 2 business days! (Depending on your availability to narrate)

As long as the property is within Edmonton’s city limits, we charge $250 +GST for the entire process.
